Treatment Coordinator

Victoria

Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Communication Studies from California State University Fullerton. With experience in bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, chiropractic, and medical aesthetics, she works as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling insurance billing, and coordinating treatments. Known for her friendly and vibrant personality, Victoria creates a warm and welcoming environment for patients. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family.

Olivia

Olivia graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in family studies and human development. She is also certified as an EMT. Her primary responsibilities are greeting patients, coordinating appointments, as well as insurance billing and treatment coordinating. She is a very friendly and caring person who enjoys getting to know patients, allowing for a welcoming environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Together they enjoy hiking, photography, and going to the beach.

Amanda

Hygienist Amanda graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is caring and gentle, which will make your appointment with her pleasant. Amanda is professional and thorough; she makes sure to answer all of our patient’s questions. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her big family, hiking and trying new foods.

Melody

Melody graduated from Concorde Career College in 2014 with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2019, she went on to earn her Alternative Practice license in Dental Hygiene from the University of the Pacific. With nearly two decades of experience in the dental field, she began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant before transitioning into dental hygiene. Outside of work, Melody loves spending time outdoors—hiking in the mountains, biking, or relaxing at the beach. She’s also passionate about drawing and photography. She shares her home with her two beloved fur babies: her dog, Bailey, and her cat, Miyagi.

Silvia graduated from OC Dental Academy with a degree in dental assisting. Her primary responsibilities are assisting the doctor, teaching proper home care and surgical post-operative instructions for our patients. She is a kind and caring person who enjoys interacting with our patients. Outside of work she enjoys to spend time with her family and friends.

Kendall is a dedicated dental assistant with four years of experience in the field. She is currently studying Biochemistry at Concordia University Irvine, pursuing her goal of becoming a dentist. Passionate about patient care and lifelong learning, Kendall brings enthusiasm and precision to every aspect of her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and being surrounded by her family.
